Most solar attachment seals sit at the water plane — the surface where water flows. The QBlock seal sits above it. - Locate rafters with a stud finder and confirm with a pilot. Mark every rafter across the attachment rows before lifting a single flashing. Layout follows structure, never the shingle courses.
