How It Works

The Rixing Electronics QJM455-144H(9BB) solar panel converts sunlight into clean DC electricity through high efficiency mono PERC cells. Each cell is treated to capture more light and reduce internal losses during operation. Cells are arranged in a 144 half-cut configuration that improves performance and reduces resistive heating. The nine busbar layout collects current efficiently and transports it through the laminated module structure. Generated DC power flows through the junction box and cables to your inverter or charge controller. The inverter then converts this DC energy into AC electricity used by household or commercial loads. When production exceeds usage, surplus energy can be stored or exported depending on system design. This process runs silently whenever sunlight is available, reducing reliance on grid supplied power.

Mono PERC energy conversion: Mono PERC cell structure increases light absorption and improves electron collection within each cell. More of the incident sunlight is turned into usable power, supporting higher daily energy yields.

Half-cut cell string design: Cells are cut in half to reduce current through each path and lower resistive losses. This configuration also provides better tolerance to partial shading and improves reliability of the module strings.

System level integration: The panel connects to modern 1500V inverters using standard DC cabling and connectors. Multiple modules are wired in series and parallel to create an array that matches your designed system capacity.

EG4 off-grid base kit, Happy with my purchase.

This is the first stage of my three planned purches. I got the eg4 inverter 6000 XP base kit with six 400 watt panels and the two server rack batteries. Did a little online research and followed the instructions and it got set up without any issues. Right now I'm just running it in my garage on a single outlet and have been running dual 750 watt water distillers with it. Once I get the second inverter and a bunch more panels and batteries, I plan on attaching it to my subpanel in my house that has my lights and outlets and appliances on it. Then I'll get a soft start for my AC and blower and run it on my main panel.
