Current SolarEdge Product Lines (2025-2026)

SolarEdge Home Inverters (Residential)

The SolarEdge Home inverter line features HD-Wave technology with up to 99% weighted efficiency, integrated DC safety (SafeDC), and compatibility with SolarEdge power optimizers for module-level MPPT and monitoring. Current single-phase models range from 3.0kW to 11.4kW, with three-phase models available for commercial applications. The Home Hub inverter supports high-power residential systems with integrated EV charger and battery backup capabilities.

SolarEdge Home Battery 48V

The SolarEdge Home Battery 48V is a modular lithium-ion (NMC) battery system designed for seamless integration with SolarEdge Home inverters. Each battery module provides 5.4kWh of usable storage, and up to 3 modules can be connected per inverter for 16.2kWh total capacity. The system supports backup power, self-consumption optimization, and time-of-use energy management. DC-coupled design ensures minimal conversion losses between solar generation and battery charging.

SolarEdge Nexis Platform (2026 Launch)

The all-new SolarEdge Nexis is a modular residential solar and storage platform launched in July 2026. Nexis features Simple-Click architecture for tool-less installation, IslandDER technology that eliminates sub-panel upgrades, and scalable battery storage from 5kWh to 80kWh. The Nexis inverter is a 13kW single-SKU unit where power class is assigned at installation time, usable with or without battery. The Nexis Link serves as the battery management system. Nexis is Made in America (TX, FL, UT) and supports AC-coupled configurations.

SolarEdge EV Charger

The SolarEdge Home EV Charger is a Level 2 (240V) EV charging station that integrates directly with SolarEdge Home inverters for solar-optimized EV charging. It features smart charging modes including "Excess Solar" charging (prioritizing self-generated power), scheduling for off-peak rates, and remote control via the SolarEdge One app. Available in hardwired and plug-in configurations with up to 40A/9.6kW output.

SolarEdge One Platform (2026)

SolarEdge One is the company's integrated smart energy management platform, unifying solar production, battery storage, EV charging, and home energy management in a single app and cloud platform. SolarEdge One provides real-time monitoring, AI-driven energy optimization, dynamic tariff support, and automated load shifting. The platform coordinates all SolarEdge Home devices for maximum self-consumption and energy cost savings.

SolarEdge Power Optimizers

SolarEdge power optimizers provide module-level MPPT, increasing energy harvest from each panel individually. The S440 and S440A optimizers support modules up to 440W (15A input current), while the S500 supports up to 500W. Each optimizer includes module-level monitoring, rapid shutdown compliance (NEC 690.12), and performance warranty matching the panel warranty. Optimizers are required for all SolarEdge string inverter installations.

SolarEdge Commercial Inverters

For commercial applications, SolarEdge offers three-phase inverters from 15kW to 100kW with 99% efficiency, Synergy Technology for simplified commercial design, and support for high-power bifacial modules. The commercial line integrates with SolarEdge's SetApp for commissioning and monitoring platform.

SolarEdge Energy Hub

The SolarEdge Energy Hub inverter serves as a single platform supporting solar, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy management. It represents the transition product between the legacy Home inverter line and the new Nexis platform, supporting backward compatibility with existing SolarEdge power optimizers.

SolarEdge officially launched Nexis in July 2026 — the company's most advanced residential solar and storage platform ever built. Nexis is a modular system with Simple-Click architecture for under-30-minute battery installation, IslandDER technology that eliminates sub-panel upgrades, and scalability from 5kWh to 80kWh storage. The 13kW single-SKU inverter allows installers to assign power class at installation time. Nexis is Made in America (Texas, Florida, Utah) and supports both DC and AC-coupled configurations. Orders opened in July 2026 with nationwide rollout.

SolarEdge One Platform Expansion (2026)

SolarEdge One was expanded in 2026 to serve as the unified smart energy management hub across the entire SolarEdge Home ecosystem. The platform now integrates solar production monitoring, Home Battery 48V management, EV charger scheduling, and AI-driven load optimization. New features include dynamic tariff support for time-of-use energy cost optimization, automated peak shaving, and predictive energy forecasting based on weather and consumption patterns.

Home Battery 48V Expansion

The SolarEdge Home Battery 48V received expanded compatibility with the Nexis platform, supporting up to 80kWh of scalable storage when configured with Nexis Link battery management. U.S. Manufacturing Expansion
